Cathedral Windows block tutorial

 Here is a picture from Sharon's Cathedral Windows quilt:

We could not figure out how Sharon constructed that with the "window" centred over four adjoining blocks.  She told us that Nancy Chan had shown her this method and would look for a tutorial.  Joyce just happened to come across it today on Pinterest (or the Rabbit Hole, as she describes it).  Here is a video tutorial.
